Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from ABET/EAC Accredited University.
• PE Licensure is required.
• Maryland local experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD is preferred.
• Hybrid schedule with Mitchellville office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from entitlements to construction completion, ensuring flawless execution.
• Oversee permitting entitlements across governmental agencies using local expertise.
• Develop and implement sophisticated permitting strategies to meet deadlines.
• Engage with clients and government entities to grow the business and maintain relationships.
