Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• PE licensure is required.
• Maryland local experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD preferred.
• Hybrid work in Annapolis office.

Responsibilities

• Showcase deep engineering knowledge to design water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management, site grading, and roadway design.
• Lead projects from entitlements through construction completion.
• Navigate permitting entitlements across multiple agencies leveraging local expertise.
• Develop and implement sophisticated permitting strategies to meet deadlines.
• Engage in marketing initiatives and build relationships with clients and government entities.
• Drive company growth by delivering projects and client satisfaction.
