Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET Accredited University.
• PE Licensure is required.
• Relevant work experience in Maryland is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of engineering principles to design water and wastewater distribution systems.
• Oversee projects from initial entitlements to construction completion.
• Handle multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies.
• Develop and implement sophisticated permitting strategies.
• Participate in marketing initiatives to enhance the company’s presence.
• Deliver exceptional projects and ensure high client satisfaction.
