Job summary

ARM Group seeks a Project Engineer to assist with planning, design, permitting and construction oversight of multi-disciplinary projects, including non-coal mining and quarry work, post-construction stormwater management, and erosion and sediment control planning.

The role requires an ownership mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage design development, regulatory interactions, budgeting and schedules while delivering compliant, high-quality project outcomes in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• E.I.T. certificate required; P.E. license preferred.
• 5+ years of engineering experience including stormwater design and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and update design drawings and investigation reports.
• Coordinate design, permitting, and project development for multiple projects.
• Conduct technical calculations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support clients and regulators with technical issues and permit applications.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and QA/QC during construction.
