Job summary

ARM Group LLC is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Civil and Survey practice in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will help develop and draft design plans and reports for diverse land development projects, including site design, roadways, utilities, and stormwater.

The role emphasizes technical calculations, coordination with regulators, clients, and staff, plus QA/QC and budget management across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of engineering experience in land development, site design, post-construction stormwater management, E&S design and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and update design drawings and technical reports for land development projects.
• Coordinate design and permitting of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Assess and mitigate project risks.
• Perform and/or check technical calculations.
• Develop solutions for permitting, design, and construction challenges.
• Provide technical support for hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and modeling.
