Job summary

ARM Group LLC is seeking a Project Engineer for our Civil and Survey practice to design and draft land development plans across multiple project types, including commercial and multifamily developments. You will collaborate with engineers, scientists, PMs, CAD designers, and staff to deliver design plans, reports, and permit applications.

Role emphasizes site/roadway design, stormwater, water quality BMPs, QA/QC, and budget management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
3+ years of engineering experience in land development, site design, and permitting.
Knowledge of Pennsylvania Stormwater Regulations and hydrology/hydraulics concepts.
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater modeling software.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and update design drawings and technical reports for land development projects.
Coordinate development, design, and permitting of multiple projects simultaneously.
Perform engineering calculations and provide technical support for hydrology, hydraulics, and site design.
