Job summary

Armand Corporation is seeking a Project Engineer to support the construction management team. The role reports to a Project Manager and involves a broad range of technical tasks across assignments within the Construction Management Department.

Key duties include reviewing permit documents for accuracy, assisting applicants through filing with City agencies, delivering documents for data entry and approval, and ensuring compliance with Building Code in collaboration with Plan Examiners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering.
• Two-year technical degree with two years full-time experience in construction inspection or monitoring.
• Combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Working knowledge of computer software (e.g., Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Review documents for city permits for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist permit applicants with filing procedures with City agencies.
• Deliver documents to city agencies for data entry, review, or approval.
• Coordinate with Plan Examiners to ensure compliance with Building Code.
• Research building status from City records across agencies.

Education
