Job summary

Airswift is partnering with a leading EPC/EPCM and construction organization to identify an experienced Project Engineer for large-scale Advanced Technology Facilities (ATF) projects across North America.

This role supports project managers and project directors throughout procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover, offering exposure to some of the industry's most complex and technically challenging projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
• 4+ years in construction, engineering, PM or procurement.
• Experience supporting large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in Mission Critical, Semiconductor and Industrial Manufacturing, CSA or MEP environments preferred.
• Exposure to subcontractor coordination, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and construction documentation.
• Experience with GC/EPC/EPCM/Design-Build or Trade Contractor roles desirable.

• Support planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project closeout activities.
• Manage assigned construction packages and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
• Track RFIs, submittals, procurement status, schedules, and project controls.
• Support commissioning, turnover, and client handover activities.
• Collaborate with project managers, field teams, engineering teams, and clients.
• Assist in driving schedule, cost, quality, and safety objectives.

This position serves as a critical project delivery resource, supporting project managers and project directors throughout procurement, package management, construction execution, commissioning, and turnover activities. The role offers exposure to some of the industry's most complex and technically challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project closeout activities.
• Manage assigned construction packages and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
• Track RFIs, submittals, procurement status, schedules, and project controls.
• Support commissioning, turnover, and client handover activities.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, field teams, engineering teams, and clients.
• Assist in driving schedule, cost, quality, and safety objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 4+ years of construction, engineering, project management, or procurement experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale construction projects.
• Experience within Mission Critical, Semiconductor and Industrial Manufacturing, CSA, or MEP environments preferred.
• Exposure to subcontractor coordination, procurement, project controls, RFIs, submittals, and construction documentation.
• Experience working for a General Contractor, EPC, EPCM, Design-Build, or Trade Contractor is highly desirable.
