Job summary

Airswift, partnering with a leading EPC/EPCM and construction organization, seeks experienced Project Engineers for large-scale Data Center projects across North America. This role supports project managers and directors throughout procurement, package management, construction execution, commissioning, and turnover.

You will work on complex programs with exposure to multi-billion-dollar projects, contributing to timely delivery and client handover, with a clear path toward Project Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
• 4+ years of construction, engineering, project management, or procurement experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale construction projects.
• Data Centers, Mission Critical, Semiconductor, Life Sciences, Industrial Manufacturing, CSA, or MEP environments preferred.
• Exposure to subcontractor coordination, procurement, project controls, RFIs, submittals, and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project closeout activities.
• Manage assigned construction packages and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
• Track RFIs, submittals, procurement status, schedules, and project controls.
• Support commissioning, turnover, and client handover activities.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, field teams, engineering teams, and clients.
• Assist in driving schedule, cost, quality, and safety objectives.

This position serves as a critical project delivery resource, supporting project managers and project directors throughout procurement, package management, construction execution, commissioning, and turnover activities. The role offers exposure to some of the industry's most complex and technically challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project closeout activities.
• Manage assigned construction packages and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
• Track RFIs, submittals, procurement status, schedules, and project controls.
• Support commissioning, turnover, and client handover activities.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, field teams, engineering teams, and clients.
• Assist in driving schedule, cost, quality, and safety objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 4+ years of construction, engineering, project management, or procurement experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale construction projects.
• Experience within Data Centers, Mission Critical, Semiconductor, Life Sciences, Industrial Manufacturing, CSA, or MEP environments preferred.
• Exposure to subcontractor coordination, procurement, project controls, RFIs, submittals, and construction documentation.
• Experience working for a General Contractor, EPC, EPCM, Design-Build, or Trade Contractor is highly desirable.
