Working within a fast-paced and highly technical environment, you will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate critical project activities, and drive execution across engineering, procurement, quality, testing, and external partners. This position offers the opportunity to influence groundbreaking projects from development through future deployment phases.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex engineering projects and programs.
- Develop and manage integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling tools.
- Drive project scope, schedule, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate activities across engineering, quality, procurement, regulatory, testing, and operations teams.
- Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and objectives are achieved safely, on time, and within budget expectations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, constraints, and dependencies.
- Support supplier, contractor, laboratory, and strategic partner engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate project reviews, governance meetings, executive reporting, and performance tracking.
- Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support the transition of engineering programs toward future large-scale deployment and execution.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of project management experience within engineering, industrial, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, or technology environments.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex technical projects.
- Strong experience in project controls, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and integrated project scheduling.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and growing organization where innovation and adaptability are highly valued.
Preferred Experience
- Nuclear, power generation, aerospace, defense, EPC/EPCM, advanced technology, or other highly regulated industries.
- First-of-a-kind (FOAK) projects, major capital projects, or large-scale engineering programs.
- Change management, configuration control, quality systems, and project governance processes.
- Experience coordinating engineering, procurement, fabrication, testing, and supplier activities.
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent project management certification.
