Airswift is partnering with a leading EPC/EPCM and construction organization to identify an experienced Project Director for large-scale Advanced Technology Facilities projects across North America.

The ideal candidate will lead the delivery of some of the world’s most advanced and technically complex construction projects, overseeing multimillion dollar programs; while providing strategic direction across all phases of project execution, including planning, engineering, procurement,

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Construction Management, EPC, EPCM, Design-Build, or related project delivery environments.
• Experience within Semiconductor, Cleanroom, Advanced Manufacturing, or Mission Critical facilities.
• Proven experience leading large-scale mega construction projects
• Demonstrated success managing project P&L, client relationships, risk, contracts, and major subcontractor scopes.
• Strong understanding of construction execution, field operations, and project leadership.
• Expertise in project controls, procurement, scheduling, estimating, cost management, and commercial performance.
• Experience overseeing CSA, MEP, process systems, utilities, commissioning, and turnover.
• Strong General Contractor leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage project risk, contract administration, and financial performance in complex project environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver exceptional project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multi-year, multimillion-dollar programs with full accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and team performance.
• Provide strategic direction across all phases of project execution, including planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, safety, commercial performance, and client engagement.
• Manage client relationships, risk, contracts, and major subcontractor scopes.
• Oversee CSA, MEP, process systems, utilities, commissioning, and turnover activities.
• Demonstrate leadership and governance across complex EPC/EPCM mega projects.
