Job summary

Airswift, in partnership with a leading EPC/EPCM and construction organization, is seeking experienced Project Managers for large-scale Data Center and Mission Critical projects across North America. You will lead project execution from preconstruction through turnover, with accountability for budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction management or project management experience.
• Experience delivering Data Center or Mission Critical construction projects.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Experience leading complex technical construction projects from inception through closeout.
• Experience working for a General Contractor, EPC, EPCM, or Design-Build organization preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement activities, contract administration, and subcontractor management.

This position is responsible for leading project execution from preconstruction through turnover, with accountability for project budgets, schedules, procurement activities, subcontractor management, client relationships, and overall project performance. The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivering complex construction projects in fast-paced, highly technical environments.
