The role emphasizes safety, quality planning, and collaboration with foremen, subcontractors and the project team. You will learn estimating, change management, procurement logs, and daily reporting while developing technical and teamwork skills to support schedules and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Entry level construction experience is expected.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and construction documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Support project QA/QC planning and ensure quality for tasks.
• Assist with estimating, take-offs, and subcontractor proposals.
• Work on site to monitor crew size, materials, quantities and equipment.
• Assist in daily/weekly reporting and documentation.
• Support project close-out activities and lean implementation.
