Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking an entry-level Construction Associate to support on-site project teams in Dallas. You will participate in safety and QA/QC activities and assist with estimating, scheduling, and reporting.

This role offers exposure to large industrial and data-center projects handled by the Advanced Facilities Group. You will develop skills in procurement, subcontractor coordination, and documentation while growing with a diverse team through hands-on experiences and structured

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written, with ability to coordinate across teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic construction software.
• Knowledge of Lean processes to improve project productivity.
• Understanding of means and methods in construction and job-site safety.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety and quality plans and culture on site.
• Assist with QA/QC planning and documentation for tasks.
• Support estimating and change management processes, including take-offs.
• Work on site to assist project team with materials, manpower, and equipment tracking.
• Prepare and distribute project reports and meeting materials.
• Maintain drawings, specs, procurement logs, and subcontractor coordination.
• Support project close-out activities and as-built documentation.
