Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic software tools.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Understanding of Lean principles and construction processes.
• Familiarity with construction methods, safety standards and quality control.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Participates in safety and quality plans and culture on site.
• Assists in project QA/QC planning and documentation.
• Learns estimating, take-offs and change management processes.
• Supports field operations, tracking materials, manpower and equipment.
• Helps prepare daily reports, progress reports and project documentation.
• Builds relationships with trades, foremen and subcontractors.
• Learns Lean practices and self-perform opportunities on projects.
