• Support Project Managers and field teams through planning, execution, documentation, and closeout of commercial construction and building systems projects.
• Manage and track submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, project correspondence, procurement items, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to keep deliverables moving forward.
• Assist with reviewing plans, specifications, drawings, contract documents, budgets, schedules, change orders, and cost updates.
• Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, document field conditions, and help resolve coordination or installation issues.
• Support project closeout activities, including punch lists, as-built documentation, operation manuals, warranty records, and inspection documentation.
