As a Project Engineer at Choate Construction, you play a critical role in supporting the successful planning and execution of construction projects while developing the foundational skills necessary for long-term growth within the organization. This position is designed for early-career construction professionals who are eager to build expertise in project management, field coordination, and operational execution. You assist with project planning, document control, subcontract administration, schedule tracking, cost management, and quality assurance, working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and trade partners to keep projects on track. Through hands‑on involvement and mentorship, you help ensure that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. In addition to supporting day‑to‑day project operations, you actively contribute to effective communication among stakeholders and play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with clients and project partners, positioning yourself for continued advancement within Choate Construction.
