Job summary

Choate Construction Company is seeking a Superintendent with 3+ years of leadership experience to own complex, full-cycle projects from start to close-out. You will lead on-site teams, drive safety culture, and coordinate with owners, trade partners, and internal groups to ensure project success.

You will review construction documents, communicate clearly across teams, and leverage Procore to streamline daily site activities and documentation, delivering projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience delivering complex, full-cycle projects.
• Experience championing safety as an onsite leader.
• Proven ability to review, interpret, and communicate construction documents.
• Strong relationship building with owners, trade partners, and internal teams.
• Experience using construction management platforms such as Procore.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams from day one through project close-out.
• Manage safety culture and daily site operations.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and execution across trades.

You can demonstrate you have championed Safety as an onsite leader on a consistent basis. You have experience leading and managing projects from day one through project completion. You have demonstrated success in the creation and execution of project planning and scheduling. You can demonstrate the ability to thoroughly review, interpret, and clearly communicate construction documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work, to ensure accurate execution, alignment across teams, and successful project delivery You have led project teams through strong relationships, serving as the primary field leader who builds trust with owners, trade partners, and internal teams to drive collaboration, accountability, and successful outcomes. You can effectively leverage construction management platforms such as Procore to streamline jobsite communication, coordinate daily activities, manage documentation, and support efficient project execution.
