Job summary

Choate Construction Company is seeking a Superintendent with 3+ years of leadership experience to own on-site delivery from day one through close-out. You will lead safety culture, manage project teams, and coordinate with owners and trade partners to ensure successful outcomes.

You’ll review drawings and specifications, drive planning and scheduling, and leverage Procore for streamlined site communication and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience on complex construction projects.
• Experience delivering full-cycle projects from start to close-out.
• Ability to review, interpret, and communicate construction docs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from day one through close-out with strong safety leadership.
• Coordinate with owners, trade partners, and internal teams to ensure delivery.

• You can demonstrate you have championed Safety as an onsite leader on a consistent basis.
• You have experience leading and managing projects from day one through project completion.
• You have demonstrated success in the creation and execution of project planning and scheduling.
• You can demonstrate the ability to thoroughly review, interpret, and clearly communicate construction documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work, to ensure accurate execution, alignment across teams, and successful project delivery.
• You have led project teams through strong relationships, serving as the primary field leader who builds trust with owners, trade partners, and internal teams to drive collaboration, accountability, and successful outcomes.
• You can effectively leverage construction management platforms such as Procore to streamline jobsite communication, coordinate daily activities, manage documentation, and support efficient project execution.
