Job summary

LeoForce in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an entry-level Construction Project Coordinator to support commercial projects. You will read drawings, coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and owners, and help manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and organized documentation, using Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and MS Office to keep schedules and communications on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Entry-level with construction project exposure
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents

• Understanding of project scheduling principles
