Jobtailor is seeking a motivated Construction Project Coordinator to assist the project team on designated projects at a U.S. construction site. You will learn Ryan processes, procedures, and policies while contributing to daily project tasks.

Responsibilities include generating RFIs, tracking approvals, coordinating shop drawings, learning dimensional control, and supporting schedule updates. This hands-on role emphasizes communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety and site logistics.

Job description

• Assist the project team in completing designated projects while learning Ryan processes, procedures, and business policies
• Work from a construction project site for a minimum of six months and preferably for the duration of an entire construction project
• Generate Requests For Information (RFIs) and track approvals
• Monitor and maintain shop drawing logs and coordinate shop drawings
• Learn project dimensional control requirements and field verify dimensions to back check shop drawing approvals
• Assist with coordinating and tracking vendor and subcontractor deliveries
• Learn Ryan Safety Policies and Procedures
• Gain understanding of overall site logistics
• Participate in the city and jurisdictional permit inspection process
• Keep office and jobsite plans updated with RFIs and ASIs
• Accompany Ryan personnel and the Owner on Punchlist inspections, record Punchlist items, and monitor completion
• Participate in preparing and updating the project schedule

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a construction-related field is required
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations
