Job summary

LeoForce, a growing construction company, seeks driven Project Engineers for assignments in Milwaukee and Appleton, WI. This entry-level role involves reviewing plans, assisting with schedules, maintaining on-site documentation, and supporting safety and site operations.

You will work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents, gain exposure to Procore, Bluebeam, and BIM, and travel to sites as needed. Competitive salary and full-time benefits offered.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–3 years of construction-related work or internship experience preferred.
  • Strong scheduling and organizational skills; Microsoft Project experience a plus.
  • Ability to read drawings, interpret codes, and understand building design phases.
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, and/or BIM a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Review project plans, proposals, and site logistics plans.

  • Assist with tracking project costs, cost codes, and potential change orders.
  • Support the site-specific safety plan and maintain jobsite cleanliness.
  • Coordinate material purchases and ensure permits/inspections are completed.

What You’ll Do
