Job summary

Michael Page in Cleveland seeks a Project Manager to ensure projects are built to drawings and specifications. You will manage RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, and material orders, while coordinating subcontractors and maintaining schedules.

The role includes daily paperwork and active participation in training sessions. The Successful Applicant has a Construction Management degree, 1+ year GC experience, and strong written and verbal communication, with a willingness to learn and grow in

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate RFIs, Submittals and Change Orders and ensure materials orders are executed.

High repeat client rate in light to medium sized commercial work, across corporate interiors, healthcare and education construction. Design construction build firm, has their own architecture and design team in-house. Strong pipeline for both 2026 and already for 2027. Excellent team of leaders with a vision to healthily grow the company, won't grow too fast but will add the right pieces as necessary. Job Description

Assure all projects are built to drawings and specification. Handle the distribution and coordination of all RFIs, Submittals and Change Orders. Assure all materials orders are executed. Daily project paperwork. Maintaining schedule and meet deadlines. Maintaining workflow and strong relations with subs. Maintain and organize field documents (Drawings, specifications, etc). Coordinate subcontractors. Partake and actively participate in company training sessions. Assure site superintendents maintain clean and safe sites.
