Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Project Document Controller to manage project documentation and provide administrative support to the Project Manager. The role is split 50/50 between document control and general admin tasks within a Roche project framework.

The candidate should bring experience in CAPEX document management, Autodesk Construction Cloud proficiency, and strong communication skills to ensure smooth document delivery and project operations.

Qualifications

• Engineering or business administration background required.
• 2–5 years of PDC experience.
• Proficiency in document management systems (ACC) and CAPEX workflows.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Roche documentation policies and enforce procedures.
• Develop and update BIM/Document Controls plan in CAPEX projects.
• Archive files, manage access and workflows.
• Coordinate site onboarding, visitor access, and training tracking.
• Provide general project administrative support and assist the Project Managers.
