A deep background in contract management, negotiation, and large-scale delivery in multicultural environments is essential. Portuguese language proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of civil infrastructure projects from planning to handover
• Serve as primary liaison with clients, contractors, consultants, and authorities
• Oversee contract negotiation and management, including change orders and claims
• Direct and coordinate on-site and off-site construction activities, ensuring safety and quality standards
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources; mentor project managers and engineers
• Identify and mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance
