Job summary

Mitrelli Group in Angola is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a major water infrastructure project on site. You will lead mobilisation, construction, commissioning and final handover, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, budget compliance and technical quality.

The role requires coordinating civil, water treatment, hydraulic, mechanical and electrical works, managing contractors and consultants, and acting as Owner’s Representative to protect the Client’s interests.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven PM/Project Lead experience on complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience as Owner’s Representative / Client-side role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a major water infrastructure project from mobilisation through construction, commissioning and final handover.
• Define and oversee the overall project execution strategy across scope, schedule, budget, quality and HSE.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary activities across civil works, water treatment, hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems, pipelines, pumping stations and reservoirs.
• Manage and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants and supervision teams; ensure interfaces and delivery expectations are clear.
