Job summary

Mitrelli Group in Angola seeks a Project Lead to drive the construction of a large university campus from mobilisation to handover. You will coordinate civil, structural, architectural, MEP works and manage multidisciplinary teams and contractors on site.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years of large-scale project delivery from the contractor side, and proven experience with BIM (REVIT/CAD), MS Office and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory and non-negotiable.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience delivering large-scale building projects from mobilisation to handover.
• Proven track record as Project Manager or Project Lead on complex vertical construction.
• Experience managing full lifecycle of building projects and coordinating with authorities.
• Ability to read BIM, REVIT or CAD drawings; proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
• Willingness to relocate to Angola; fluency in Portuguese and advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a major university campus from mobilisation through commissioning and handover.
• Develop, monitor and control project execution strategy, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, MEP and finishing works with contractors and consultants.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors and supervision teams to meet contractual and quality requirements.
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence and compliance with Mitrelli standards.
• Engage authorities, manage project reporting, procurement coordination and change orders.
