We seek a Project Delivery Manager to lead an execution team within our Transmission Planning & Power Systems Analysis business line. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building strong teams, delivering quality services, and supporting utility clients as they plan

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, finance, business, or related field.
5 years of related experience.
Proven leadership or management experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to influence, lead, and manage change.
Strong project management and strategic perspective.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership to a team of consultants and analysts for transmission planning and power systems analysis projects.
Ensure project excellence, staff development, and alignment with company goals and values.
Coordinate workload, staffing, and billable targets; support project QA/QC and safety policies.
