Vested Networks is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to drive successful project delivery from onboarding to completion. You will own lifecycles, manage timelines, coordinate with engineering, sales, and vendors, and ensure flawless execution with attention to detail. A strong communicator who thrives under deadlines will excel in this role.

The position emphasizes autonomous project management, risk mitigation, and rigorous follow-through to keep customers satisfied and projects on track.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and Google Drive.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems and managing customer communications.
• Previous customer service, customer success, retention, or sales support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer onboarding lifecycle from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate master schedule with customers, vendors, and installation team.
• Enforce timelines and allocate resources to maximize efficiency.
• Process internet orders and coordinate porting requests with installation timeline.
• Maintain proactive cross-functional communication across teams.
• Run follow-up programs to ensure installations are completed as promised.
• Identify risks and escalate or resolve deployment delays quickly.
• Maintain detailed project records and change orders for data integrity.
• Deliver executive status reports on project health and milestones.
