BJC is hiring for a System Project Manager. This is a hybrid position. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction, architecture, or engineering.

The Planning, Design & Construction (PD&C) team supports system-wide strategic facility planning, integrated design, and environmental considerations. They oversee program management services for capital projects, ensuring policies, procedures, and systems support improved patient outcomes, satisfaction, and operational efficiency. They also develop standards for program control, benchmarking, and measurement aligned with BJC’s strategic needs.
To support project managers and directors in supervising and managing design and construction projects, aligning with BJC’s strategic objectives.
Education: Associate's Degree in Architecture, Business, or related field.
Experience: Less than 2 years.
Supervisor Experience: None required.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Business, or related field.
