Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or construction engineering from an accredited university.
• 3–5 years of experience in increasingly responsible construction management positions with people management.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate labor with superintendents and clients; act as primary site contact.
• Manage subcontractors (HVAC controls, insulation, test & balance, ductwork).
• Plan and execute with Operations teams; assist in purchasing and labor needs.
• Hold site safety meetings and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Maintain daily activity logs and report site data to the Project Manager.
• Oversee logistics and communication with customers, authorities, and utilities.
• Create and update project drawings as needed; ensure client satisfaction.
• Interact with clients to deliver exceptional service and go-green initiatives.
• Support the site team with ongoing coordination requirements.
