AIREKO Companies is seeking an experienced project manager to plan on-site jobs, schedule and estimate for general electrical projects, and contribute to engineering efforts from concept to completion with safety, cost and schedule control. You will manage field teams, build client relationships and ensure quality, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Required PMP certification and a BS in PM, Construction Management, or Engineering, plus 5+ years in electrical/solar PV PM, including

Qualifikationen

• PMP certification and degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of direct project management experience in Electrical and Solar PV with government projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication, able to explain technical material to non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel; OSHA 30 hrs is a plus.

• Manage field supervisors and coordinate field personnel across projects.
• Develop project schedules and ensure execution according to plan with safety, cost, and time controls.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate final settlements, and review contract terms.
• Attend project meetings and evaluate design changes and scope implications.
• Ensure safety training and maintain a safe, compliant work environment.
• Oversee self-perform project safety plan, schedule, cost, and profitability.
• Lead, hire, coach, and discipline team members across projects.
