Job summary

Aireko Construction Corp. is seeking an experienced Manager to plan on-site jobs, schedule, and estimate general electrical projects, leading engineering efforts from concept to completion while enforcing safety, cost, and schedule controls.

The role requires PMP and 5+ years in electrical and solar PV construction, with proven ability to manage multi-million dollar projects, coordinate field teams, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure safety, quality and profitability across

Qualifications

• PMP certification and relevant degree required or preferred.
• 5+ years direct PM experience in electrical and solar PV construction.
• Experience with government/state/federal projects and prevailing wages.
• Experience managing large electrical construction projects worth $2M+.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license required.
• OSHA 30 HRS is a plus; safety orientation experience.
• Willingness to travel regularly to job sites.
• High integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manages field supervisors and coordinates personnel to projects.
• Develops schedules and executes plans; provides constructability, schedule and logistics input.
• Generates leads and maintains client relationships; delivers exceptional service.
• Prepares estimates, proposals, negotiates pricing and contracts.
• Participates in project meetings; evaluates scope and changes.
• Enforces safety rules; coordinates safety training and plans with Safety Director.
• Oversees project cost, schedule, quality, and profitability; ensures cash flow.
• Manages multiple projects; hires, coaches and disciplines staff as needed.
