Job summary

InstallNET International is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide day-to-day operational and administrative support across the project lifecycle from setup to closeout. You will work with Project Managers, customers, and Service Providers to manage schedules, documentation, and quotes using Facilitynet.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, proactive follow-up, and timely communication to keep projects on track. On-site duties in Bowie, MD with potential hybrid progression are expected.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in an office support environment.
• Experience supporting a team of project managers in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day operational and administrative support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Enter new quote requests and maintain project details in Facilitynet; generate quotes for assigned projects.
• Coordinate scheduling primarily for projects under $5,000 and support larger projects.
• Communicate with customers and Service Providers regarding schedules, site contacts, and documentation.
• Ensure complete closeout documentation, prepare projects for invoicing, and track status in reports.
