The coordinator will order jobs, track progress, and communicate across internal teams to ensure timely completion. Experience in construction or home remodeling is valued, with a full-time, day-shift, on-site schedule in Washington.

Job description

We are hiring a Project Coordinator to help manage job ordering, scheduling, and coordination with our production and installation teams. This position plays an important role in keeping jobs organized, moving forward, and ready for installation.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for ordering jobs, coordinating schedules, tracking job progress, communicating with internal teams, and helping make sure each project is completed efficiently and on time.

Responsibilities

• Order jobs and make sure all required project information is complete and accurate.
• Coordinate job scheduling with the production and installation teams.
• Track job progress from order placement through installation.
• Communicate with production, installers, office staff, customers, vendors, and management as needed.
• Keep schedules updated and help prevent delays or missed details.
• Follow up on materials, job readiness, approvals, measurements, or other pending items.
• Help prioritize jobs based on deadlines, production timelines, and installation availability.
• Identify scheduling conflicts or issues and communicate them quickly.
• Make sure each job is ready before it is sent to the installation team.
• Maintain accurate job notes, records, schedules, and project documentation.
• Assist with general administrative and coordination duties related to job completion.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, proactive, and able to keep jobs moving forward from start to finish. This person should be comfortable managing multiple jobs at one time, following up on details, communicating with different departments, and helping make sure every job is ordered and scheduled correctly.

Experience in roofing, siding, windows, and baths is strongly preferred. Candidates with a background in construction, remodeling, home improvement, installation scheduling, production coordination, or job ordering will be highly considered.

Compensation

• $28–$34 per hour, depending on experience
• Monthly performance bonus available after training period
• Bonus is based on job accuracy, scheduling efficiency, communication, job readiness, and keeping projects on track.

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday
• Day shift

Compensation: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour
