• Experience in construction coordination, scheduling, or project coordination preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track multiple countertop fabrication and installation projects from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate job schedules and ensure timelines are met.
• Communicate regularly with superintendents, contractors, and homeowners regarding job status, scheduling, and updates.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks, approvals, measurements, and installation dates.
• Ensure all job details, specifications, and documents are organized and up to date.
• Identify scheduling conflicts or delays and proactively communicate solutions.
• Maintain clear records of job progress, communications, and scheduling changes.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional communication at all stages of the project.
