InteriorWorx Countertops is seeking a full-time Job Coordinator to keep countertop fabrication and installation projects moving forward on schedule. The role emphasizes organization, timeline management, and clear communication with superintendents, contractors, homeowners, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of juggling multiple jobs simultaneously in an in-office setting.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Construction coordination or project coordination experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track multiple countertop fabrication and installation projects from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate job schedules and ensure timelines are met.
• Communicate with superintendents, contractors, homeowners about status and updates.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks, measurements, approvals, and installation dates.
• Keep all job details, specs and documents organized and up to date.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and communicate solutions proactively.
• Maintain clear records of progress, communications, and scheduling changes.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional communication at all stages.
