Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services seeks a Project Coordinator to support a client with multi-faceted project management. This 1-year contract (W-2) involves collaborating with project managers to build action plans, manage budgets, and coordinate teams to meet schedules and goals.

Responsibilities include design participation, risk assessment, and rigorous documentation. Travel to sites is required for initial turbine assessments, with per diem available.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex projects including resources, budgets and timelines.
• Proficient with project management tools and documentation processes.
• Knowledge of SAP and Maximo systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary.
• Evaluate potential problems and develop solutions.
• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and information flow.
• Coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
• Manage project paperwork and ensure materials are current and filed.
• Prepare proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails for project communications.
• Identify client requirements, scope and goals with project stakeholders.
• Track expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
• Travel to sites for initial assessments (5-10%).
• Maintain documentation using project management tools.
