Job summary

Landen is an organic skincare brand established in Denmark, Copenhagen in 2020. We are building our first two offline stores in the US and are seeking an Assistant Project Manager/Project Coordinator to support the project management team and learn under mentorship.

You will collaborate with a project manager, assist in managing scope, time, cost, quality, communications, risk, procurement and budgets, and handle file management, reporting, meetings and minutes while supporting stakeholder

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year previous experience as Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator in consulting or construction
  • Outstanding organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent time management with ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to propose innovative solutions
  • Strong team focus and excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a career out of ensuring projects are completed from start to end. We are currently building our first two offline stores in the US and looking for someone to support our high performing team. You will spend your day working alongside a project manager who will mentor you until you are comfortable handling projects on your own.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting our project management team to manage project scope, time, cost, quality, communications, risk, procurement and budgets to achieve project objectives;
  • Undertaking project file management/document control, general administrative duties including preparation of correspondence and reports, scheduling meetings, preparing presentation materials for submissions/proposals and taking meeting minutes;
  • Providing assistance with managing project stakeholders including the client, authorities, consultants, and contractors;
  • Generating invoices, preparing cashflow and cost control plans;
Relevant Skills & Attributes
  • Minimum 1 year previous experience working as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator in the consulting or construction industry;
  • Outstanding organisational skills with a high attention to detail;
  • Excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritise your workload to work to tight deadlines;
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills with an ability to come up with innovative solutions;
  • A strong team focus and excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
