UL Research Institutes and UL Standards & Engagement is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning and execution of complex, high-level projects within Real Estate & Facilities and HSE teams in Evanston, IL. You will track progress, maintain documentation, and help meet organizational objectives.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of project coordination or admin support experience, with strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support.
• Experience in HSE, real estate, or facilities management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for Real Estate & Facilities and HSE.
• Assist with development of project goals and strategies for small to medium projects.
• Collect data, evaluate, interpret data, and draw conclusions.
