Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in real estate/facilities required.
• Strong knowledge of real estate trends, best practices, and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrated negotiation, budgeting, vendor and contract management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute real estate strategy and develop a facilities management program.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations.
• Oversee space planning, renovations and construction projects.
• Build-out catalog of support services for Real Estate & Facilities Team.
• Create documentation outlining best practices for site maintenance and sustainability.
• Track site maintenance and sustainability metrics.
• Manage vendor relationships with architects, leasing agents, contractors, and suppliers.
• Collaborate with Finance to develop budgets and forecasts for real estate and facilities.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality facilities.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning and environmental regulations.
• Mitigate risks with safety protocols and disaster planning.
