UL Research Institutes and UL Standards & Engagement in Evanston, IL is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Real Estate & Facilities and Health, Safety & Environment teams. You will track project progress, maintain documentation, organize meetings, and assist with financial tasks and reporting.

This role requires a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of project coordination or administrative experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration, project management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support.
• Basic understanding of project management, event planning and coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for Real Estate & Facilities and HSE.
• Support the development of project goals and strategies for small to medium-size projects.
• Collect data from multiple sources, evaluate, interpret and draw conclusions.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses.
• Coordinate document processing for approvals with legal, leadership and vendors.
• Prepare and may present reports or proposals with recommendations.
