Job summary

UL Research Institutes and UL Standards & Engagement seek an experienced Project Manager for Real Estate Planning & Development. You’ll lead cross-functional teams across planning, design, procurement, and construction to deliver complex capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, architecture, engineering, construction management, facilities planning, or related field.
• Experience delivering complex real estate or capital projects with owner’s representative services.
• Proven ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workstreams across planning, design, procurement, and construction to meet program objectives.
• Manage day-to-day coordination among architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to keep schedules on track.
• Maintain owner project requirements, review cycles, comment resolution, and PMIS records.
• Prepare agendas, document decisions, and drive timely closure of actions.
• Support reporting on deliverables, risks, budget, scope, and schedule.
