Job summary

Streamside Parks, LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support ownership across active projects by keeping budgets, vendor commitments, permits, and documentation organized and accessible.

This role focuses on coordination and tracking rather than design; you’ll keep information flowing so engineers, surveyors, and contractors can make timely decisions while ownership tracks progress and milestones across multiple properties in the Southeast.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several concurrent projects and vendors.
• Proficient in Excel or comparable spreadsheet tools for budget tracking.
• Clear written communication for concise project status summaries.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans and drawings.
• Willingness to travel to project sites; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Budget and cost tracking across multiple properties; maintain detailed budget workbooks.
• Solicit, log and compare quotes from vendors and contractors; track milestones and scheduling.
• Assemble and organize due diligence materials for prospective acquisitions.
• Track permit applications and regulatory status across jurisdictions.
• Maintain current site plans, plans and revision histories; reconcile scope changes.
• Prepare periodic status updates across the portfolio and keep Wrike updated.
