Job summary

Sea Breeze Properties is looking for a Project Coordinator to provide vital administrative and operational support to the Construction team. This position involves coordinating project documentation and managing communications with subcontractors to ensure timely execution of construction projects.

Ideal candidates will have experience in construction or real estate, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in construction, real estate development, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of construction lien laws.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and review of construction-related documentation.
• Coordinate submittals and track approval status.
• Review and process subcontractor and vendor invoices for accuracy.
