Echo Electric, a Sonepar brand, seeks a Project Coordinator in Council Bluffs to support quotations and manage orders from quote to delivery. You will liaise with customers and sales, maintain job queues, and ensure timely coordination with vendors and branches.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in electrical distribution, strong communication, and proficient MS Office skills. This on-site role offers benefits and growth within a leading distributor.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent with sales/marketing coursework or related on‑the‑job experience.
• Two+ years electrical or distribution experience and/or product knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Assist Quotations Coordinator and Sales Team during quotations process.
• Enter quotations into computer system and forward to customers.
• Process orders, backorders, and vendor purchase orders.
• Maintain follow‑up system to track promises and expedite deliveries.
• Provide product knowledge and appropriate substitutions when needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
