Job summary

Think Patented in Ohio seeks a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to manage customer projects from approved estimates through production, mailing, and final delivery. You will convert estimates into complete job orders and verify specifications, quantities, and delivery dates.

The role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to coordinate across Sales, Production, Purchasing, Shipping, Fulfillment, and outside vendors to keep multiple projects moving on time while

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Previous experience in project coordination, customer service, printing, manufacturing, or related environment preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and follow-through abilities.

Responsibilities

Converts approved estimates into accurate and complete job orders in Monarch.
Verifies job specifications, quantities, purchase order information, production requirements, shipping instructions, and delivery dates.
Maintains clear, complete, and actionable job notes for all affected departments.
