Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, project coordination, or administrative support.

• Experience coordinating with multiple departments and following up on tasks.
• Proficiency with print management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer projects from order entry through completion and delivery.
• Communicate with customers, Sales, and internal departments to ensure requirements are understood.
• Prepare and maintain job tickets, work orders, specifications, and customer records.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding status, schedules, revisions, and delivery.
• Review estimates, proofs, and instructions to ensure production accuracy.
• Track progress and communicate delays or changes to customers and internal teams.
• Enter and update orders, purchase orders, change orders, and project information in company systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to support project requirements.
• Ensure customer approvals and project changes are properly documented.
• Work with Production, Purchasing, Mailing, Fulfillment, Shipping, and Billing teams to keep projects moving.
