Job summary

City Electric Supply is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support our operations in Glen Allen, VA. You will manage inventory flow, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and schedule activities to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience, an associate degree, strong communication, and proficiency with project documentation and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, participate, and manage project management documentation
• Assist lead project manager with client support and project schedules
• Manage inventory flow and collaboration with vendors and contractors
• Process orders, expedite, and track shipments and warranties
• Prepare and distribute weekly expediting reports
• Provide O&M manuals and project documentation as needed
