Job summary

Electric Supply & Equipment is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the project management business by handling multiple projects from procurement to shipment. You will be the primary contact for all project items, coordinating with procurement, production, and partners to meet deadlines while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

The role requires strong data entry, Excel skills, and the ability to navigate vendor websites.

Qualifications

• Must be able to enter data quickly and accurately.
• Strong attention to detail for tedious information.
• Proficient with Excel and company programs.
• Comfortable navigating vendor websites and learning new sites.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage projects to ensure successful outcomes for customers and the company.
• Lead projects from procurement through shipment as the main contact for all items.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and partners to meet deadlines.
• Communicate status updates with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure projects follow standard operating procedures and recommend improvements.
• Host customer meetings to review status across multiple projects.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Resolve project-related customer issues.
